Safety Guidelines

It is very important to burn candles and use your diffusers responsibly to ensure their safe use, so please follow these guidelines below.

Candles

  • Remove all packaging before lighting your candle.

  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.

  • Trim the wick to 3mm (1/8") before lighting and ensure your candle is upright to avoid dripping of wax.

  • Always use an appropriate holder placed on a protected, heat-resistant surface.

  • Keep wax pool free of wick trimmings, matches or any foreign matter - this is combustible material and may cause a fire hazard.

  • Burn candles indoors, away from drafts, other heat sources and any flammable objects or materials.

  • If smoking occurs, safely extinguish the candle with a Candle Snuffer, trim wick, remove trimmings and relight.

  • Keep burning candles within sight at all times and never leave a burning candle unattended.

  • Do not move candles while they are lit.

  • Do not place candles at a source of heat.

  • Never use liquid to extinguish a flame.

  • Don’t allow your candle to burn down completely as glass could crack and metal containers can become extremely hot.

  • If any perfume sensitivity occurs on skin or eyes:

    • wash skin thoroughly with soap and water:

    • if in eyes, rinse with water (remove contact lenses if present) seek medical advice.

Burn candles out of the reach of children and pets.

Never leave a candle burning unattended

Always leave at least 10cm between burning candles.

Do not burn candles on or nearby anything that can catch fire.

Diffusers

  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.

  • Do not light reeds.

  • Do not ingest.

  • People suffering from perfume sensitivity should be cautious when using this product.

  • If perfume sensitivity occurs on skin or eyes:

  • wash skin thoroughly with soap and water: if in eyes, rinse cautiously with water (remove contact lenses if present and easy to do so ) seek medical advice.

  • Use gloves / wash hands thoroughly after removing the stopper from your diffuser when setting up and use gloves / wash hands thoroughly after removing / replacing the diffuser reeds or any spillage.

  • Use gloves when handling used reeds and dispose of the reeds responsibly at the end of use.

  • Do not place the diffuser directly onto polished or leather surfaces or on electrical equipment, as accidental spillage may cause damage to certain materials.

  • Please dispose of contents & container to approved disposal site in accordance with local regulations.
